That gun is a Sino-Banian imported in late 2014.  The stock is a prime example of the Albanians having Russian and Chinese replacement parts that they mixed and matched to get rifles back to functional condition.

Nice example you've got there, I just picked one up myself recently but no cool Russian stock, I think mine might have an interesting story about how a beaver got a hold of it at some point with all the dings and scars its got.
