New SKS owner from PA

Today I purchased my first SKS.  I have shot them before and liked them, but never found the right one for the right price.  I found a Russian 1954r Tula for sale locally for what I felt was a fair price so I jumped on it.  Other than the stock, everything looks to be numbers matching to me.

Welcome and congratulations!  You've got a solid refurbished SKS-45. You will likely find that many of the parts were scrubbed and stamped to match during the refurbishment, as indicated by a font that differs from that on the receiver. These are great shooters and pieces of history

Nice '54 SKS-45! I bought a couple of '54's because they are my birth year. My wife says I'm both a Curio and a Relic!    I think she's a smart-a**... , but she loves me.
