New guy here from So. IL

Got an SKS that I've had for years and never shot.
Stayed in storage so long I decided to clean it although it looked good. Boy was I wrong! After fieldstripping it there was cosmoline galore in places unseen to the naked eye.
It's clean now & I'll be posting questions.

Please don't use oven cleaner on that stock. You'll damage the finish.
