Cannot figure out the arsenal. KSI Pomona import, side sling mounts. I've got a couple of candidate factories but would appreciate unbiased inputs. Tks!

It's /6616\; they were notoriously poorly stamped.  Year 22 (1977) is also consistent with production (along with 1971 surprisingly enough).  Not a terribly common arsenal stamp:

Looks like /6616\ 22nd year gun or 1978.
