Probably about right for a heavy refurb.  Keep in mind that with refurbs, the cover may have been replaced at the time of refurb and may not actually be the correct date of the gun. 
      
1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Best way to determine a date is off its features... Primarily the barreled receiver.
