New From Louisiana

Hey guys, new member here from Louisiana.  Have been interested in SKS rifles for several years now.  At one time I owned a total of about 21 of different countries, years, models etc.  Now, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am down to only about 13.  I am far from being fluent/knowledgable on their history and identification, but I find them fasinating and always willing to learn something new about them.  Thanks for letting me join up and a special thanks to Loose Cannon for helping me register and join up!     Without his help, I wouldnt be here.

Spongemonkey, Welcome from north Florida. What part of the Bayou state are you in? I was born & raised in the Alexandria/Pineville area.

I live in a small farming community called Egan.  It is about 30 miles west of Lafayette just off of I-10.  Thanks for the welcome!  And I ask a little patience with me since this forum and the way it is set up is different than a whole bunch of others I have been on.  I am still trying to feel my way around and see whats what.
