Yes, I researched your page before I bought it. And, it was sold by someone on Gunbroker.com. This is a good one. I got the same certificate of authenticity from Norinco too.
I think this is a re-arsenaled /26\ rifle from early 1960s subsequently became an honor guard. The internal looks new but anatomically similar to millsurp blade style old SKS's.
It looks like China recently changed honor guard SKS during 2008 Beijing Olympics. These are side rear swivel SKS, I believe (said issued to Armed Police).

Yup.. these pics have been floating around for a while. They also have spike bayos where 99.99% of all pics I have ever seen, they were blade guns.

I like the blade bayonet version a bit better but I wouldn't refuse one of those crates of spike Honor Guard SKSs if Jiang Zemin offered it to me :))
