I was sent some pictures of an ammo pouch, of which I have never seen before. Any information would be appreciated.

Looks like a short Mosin Nagant ammo pouch. So if I had to guess, I'd say it's a Soviet made one.
8) Soviet SKS pouch for 7.62x39 on 10 round stripper clips. The pouches with the extended belt loops are to accommodate stacked pouches where the one with the extended belt loops is slung under the standard ammo pouch. I'd say they are less common but not rare.
