Sorry new to site
Welcome Rossgrass! Is this the only place that a serial number is stamped? Could you provide any more photos, perhaps of the left side of the receiver, receiver cover, any import marks, etc. Looks interesting, and looking forward to more info-and again, welcome!
It’s refurbished from tuli no other #. That same symbol and number are matching thru out bolt, dust cover imported by

Thanks need all the help I can get. I Contacted the inporter C.A. They said had no info about it.
First serial number of an ик prefix with as many a 9,999 possible rifles.
The cover is dated 1953, but there's a good chance that the cover is a replacement and the rifle was manufactured in a different year. RM's serial record contains only 1954 examples for the ик prefix.
The serial on the cover might be matching. But if it is stamped in a different font, it's a good indication that the cover is a replacement.
I’m working on Russian serial prefixes so more pictures of this rifle to verify its age could be of help to me. If you wouldn’t mind
I will , for all your help. Have you seen any others dated 1953r?
As of right now only 54s but one with a 53 cover. I want to verify if yours is an actual 53 or another year that just has a 53 cover on it.
I'll look in my files later tonight for matching prefix.
Additional photos will certainly help though:
Receiver cover S/N
Takedown lever
Bolt (out of the action with S/N shown)
Gas tube takedown lever
Left side of the receiver near the barrel lug area
Op rod
Bayonet
Bayo lug left and right
These can help date the carbine though I will warn you that 1953 is one of the hardest to date by feature set since the 1953-1958 carbines feature sets are so similar.

I only have a few ИК prefixed carbines in the database. One a 1950 which this carbine is clearly *not*. The others are not definitively dated, but they are both 1954's for what it's worth.
ИК3804:

Then I expanded my search and here's a carbine not yet in the database, but it is most certainly an as-issued '54. Very likely that your's is a '54 as well as the data shows that the Russians did not use identical prefixes in consecutive years until this trend shows up in a smattering of reused prefixes from '56 to '58.
