Title: 1950 Tula ШГ 560
Post by: theSKSguy45 on April 07, 2025, 07:39:49 PM
Got this 1950 Tula rifle with the intention of using it for its parts (unlike my last 1950 it will serve that purpose). A fairly typical 1950 from my eye with what I believe to be a letter series laminate stock on it. On a side note has anyone put a pre 51 bolt and carrier in a post 51 rifle?

My second Russian to have “trench art.” Interestingly both of my examples have had this black paint applied somewhere on the rifle.

Removed the paint and cold blued the areas that had corrosion damage.
