Title: Early production Type 99
Post by: Nickbau5 on February 20, 2025, 06:47:26 PM
All matching Type 99 Arisaka with mum. Still has the monopod, AA sights, and number matching dust cover. Very fun shooter and what forced me into reloading to keep her fed. Based on the the markings, it was made in the first year of production Series 20 Kokura, I also bought a matching MFG bayonet to pair with it. Only issue is that a previous owner bleached the stock, but I don't personally mind, it's still the original stock and might have needed retouching.

Nice set of features! I really like the Type 99s.

Too bad about the stock. At least he didn’t take the belt sander to it
