Here are a few photos out of the many that I don't have. If anyone has these or knows where they could be found, a lead would be much appreciated! (I have the Clayco M8 book, I just have to dig it out and photo/scan it.)

Nice work RM! thumb1
I just picked up a pair of the US Army manuals at our local surplus store yesterday.
Nice Jon! Are they both the October 1969 version? I can't seem to find a more recent one anywhere, maybe the Army has current SKS info in a different "Training Circular" these days? I would hope they are still at least teaching the basics on how to identify one along with AK's as there are so many out there.
I posted the Cheaper than Dirt! manual, which quality and content-wise is ahem, "Cheaper than Dirt!" I also uploaded 4 M59/66 specific manuals (some of which are shown in my photospread in post #2) that are rather nice showing the little used aspects of our favorite Yugo. thumb1
Hey Joe,
They’re both the October 1969 dated versions identical to the one you posted. Same typo of “M49/56” on page 5 (otherwise correctly identified on pages 1, 2, 4 and 6).
I think it’s a cool time capsule. The omissions are as interesting as the included information on page 1. The authors were unaware of: the Romanian (or so rare as to not warrant a mention), the North Vietnamese (or at least they hadn’t made the distinction of the “Star 1” marked receivers from the Type 56), the Yugoslavian M59, and unsurprisingly the Albanian (undoubtedly never observed by US military or intelligence service personnel by Oct. 1969).
It’s a thorough operational manual for informing soldiers/marines on the ground in SE Asia ca. ‘69, or Green Berets that may have trained various indigenous forces around the world from 1969 to the present.
I've got the China Sports one. It has a pastel yellow cover. Here's a pic and I'll get it into a pdf and upload it to you Joe. Unless you want me to just upload it here on the thread???

Nice Jon! I need to read through it in depth. I hasn't even noticed the errors you mentioned.
Alan, whatever format and method is easiest for you. I can convert to the PDF if necessary. If email is easy you can send to running-man@sks-files . com too. I'll upload to the server and add the link! Much appreciated! 👍🏾👍🏾
