B-WEST stamps can be tiny, collectors often outright miss them when looking for the import stamp:

Starting with the head of the gas piston flush against the end of the gas tube, the gas piston only needs to be able to move freely for about 1 cm. It will typically move freely for about 3 cm, then it'll often bind at the small outlet toward the rear sight base end of the tube. If it binds before it moves 1 cm, then there may be corrosion, or a lot of carbon built up inside the gas tube, or some roughness on the gas piston. Use an old brass bore brush and some solvent to hit the inside of the gas tube.
