Ok, here's another interesting arsenal, not shown on the 2018 list.

So, it's an /0223\B stamp then. Man, Matchka, I was getting ready to ask where you come up with these odd items.

I saw that one and thought the same until I noticed the faint 2 on the left, seller never responded to me about the stamp but glad he did for you. Oof on my part though.  :-X

This is the root cause of many of the errata on Howie's old hand drawn arsenal stamp artwork.  The infamous /25\ is a prime example of this.  Take a fuzzy photo, run with it, voila new arsenal nobody has ever seen or heard of before.   thumb1

Indeed.
I'm always on the lookout for odd sernos, arsenals, etc. While plausible, the 99 wasn't 100% - always those stampings juuuust below the crest of the stock. Similarly, the "no import stamp" claim; when it's faint/scrubbed or tucked neatly between the barrel and the gas tube.
