Were these AK slings ever used or put on Russian SKS's originally or after refurb?

I bought one yrs ago that was in box with the strippers, oiler, instruction guide ect with that same color sling. thumb1. Id have to go look at the markings to see if they are the same as yours. Cool sling non the less
