It's 1973 production. One of the arsenals that came on-line in the 1970s and incorporated the two digit year into the serial number.

Welcome from Kali. Does it have 2 small Chinese characters on the right side? PAX
The one I have from that arsenal has the Security Forces markings. Check for two characters on the right side of the receiver.
Good shooters came out of there, too.
