Stuff from Russia always takes forever, not so with China. The free shipping is incredible, I think it's subsidized by the Chinese government.

This has been over years, not just now. And actually, at least here in the US, there has(or had) been some controversy over AliExpress(which is a HongKong based, Chinese version of Ebay) and subsequently Ebay International avoiding paying Tariffs on items imported to the US due to a loophole of coming in individually through the mail system and also avoiding some of the quarantine measures to assure safety measures and processes were taken care of. They may have gotten this all taken care of by now and I imagine they probably have, if there was really an issue behind it all. It just soured me to buying anything direct out of China.
I love Aliexpress, it's a job to go wrong ,especially at $20 shipped.

The demeanor of your posts tend to remind me of when I drank considerably more than I do now...which, is most of the day. There was a wildly weirder than normal flu....now I wonder if they are right. This was all around the time my wife and I heard about the virus sweeping through China...and I was already laid up from a shoulder injury.
My kid had three surgery episodes this year since, always testing negative, but the PCH tests don't cover anything but active cases correct?
