I haven't seen a Romanian one, kind of assumed that Russia would have provided tooling...this is different than Russian and Chinese versions I have seen.
About the same bleeding price though. banghead1

That was my first thought as well.
That's cool, but yikes, that's nearly 3 times what I paid for the entire Soviet armorer's box set containing 10 gauges and the sight adjustment tool :o

Thanks. I did have to wait about 6 weeks for it to make it from Russia, but sometimes it pays to wait.
I have a front sight alignment tool for each of the countries of SKS I have owned over the years.

Oh, and it only cost me $10 shipped, chuckles1 chuckles1
This is the type I use if you want a good one. It's much more rugged than the Nc star out of China. And it's not outrageously expensive.

I thought the idea discussed in another thread about modifying an after market front sight tool to push out the firing pin retaining pin was an excellent idea! I'm going to modify one and see if it works as well as I think it will. I can't remember which member's idea that was but...thumb1 thumb1...congrats!

That was me, just find a bolt with the right threads then grind it down to pin size at the end. Or if you want it to be perfect, have it turned down on a metal lathe so it is true to center.
