TFB posted this evening that because of new Russia Sanctions, Molot VEPR rifles are effectively banned in the US.
US companies can no longer conduct business with Molot Orhuzie.

It's reported they were broke back in Feb, possibly before then, and in March it was confirmed they were going under and going up for sale. I don't think the sanctions will affect a company much when they were already broke and up for sale months earlier.
