My wife's Chinese Letter SKS. Small triangle with 26 inside, all matching numbers except for bolt, and the gas tube has no markings. Still in grease and will not be cleaned up. "Trench art" on stock which is cracked at top rear of reciever area. Pic of trigger guard is due to camera shake and is not a double stamp.

Nice F series.... Love these banians with character and trench art. thumb1
Agreed! thumb1
Odd that the bolt is non matching but the carrier is. The mismatching ones I've seen were all usually swapped those out in pairs. Is this an IO Monroe, NC Import? It's a nice one indeed!! thumb1

I thought it odd as well that the bolt and carrier did not match each other. The bolt is numbered 16438. It is an I. O. Palm Bay, FL import. I also added the info to the survey and hope I got all the info correct.
Nice thumb1
I like the trench art on these Albanain used Type 56s

Yup, I got it, the entry looks good to me. How did you find taking the survey? Pain the rear or relatively easy?
Not bad at all. I was a little bit undecided about what to answer about the rear sight base as mine looked close to the early and mid year so I chose the mid year as the pic looked closest.
