I'm not a big fan of auctions, there was one here recently, an estate sale and here is one of the goodies I snagged. A vz.27 in .32ACP or 7.65mm. A fairly common side arm used by both the military and police forces in Germany and Czechoslovakia. This particular one is not import stamped, it does have the WaA76 military acceptance stamps present(bottom 2 photos) and was made under German occupation, using the Bohmische Waffenfabrik banner. These had a fairly long production history, but never were produced in the numbers of the more famous Lugers and P.38s were, made from 1927 to the very early 50's about 650,000 were produced. There are also some commercial made variants that exist, under the CZ Brno and Cz Prague banner.

Nice.... Connon likey. thumb1
Great find thumb1
CZ makes great pistols and the .32ACP is fun to shoot. The characteristic WaA76 is just icing on the cake 8)
This is just too cool GM, you're a lucky rascal!
Thanks thumb1 Shes been sitting a long time....and I mean...a long time. The firing pin was, well I swear someone glued it in place. I dunked the slide in an ultrasonic cleaner for a bit and it slowly worked free. There was a nice thick dried coating of hardened oil and yuk in the firing pin channel. I finally worked the firing pin spring out after a few more rides in the buzz cleaner, and I didn't even screw that up. :)
Pretty easy simple design... http://candrsenal.com/disassembly-czechoslovakian-vz-27-pistol/
Your killing me here man cry1
Congrats brother thumb1 That right there is sweet as all get out. I've been itching to find 1 ever since I got my grubby paws on a CZ vz 50. Add Waffen stamped!?! You lucky rascal!

You lucky rascal!
Ain't it the truth Hippie? GM could fall in a septic tank and he would come out smelling like the proverbial Rose!
