I finally received my first sks-45 today. It is a mid 1950 (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/Anthony_Schatzl/20151111_141057_zpsrxjpvlse.jpg) with the spring loaded firing pin. It looks to be a light refurb (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/Anthony_Schatzl/20151111_141606_zpsnfywenga.jpg)
It looks to have the original barrel (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/Anthony_Schatzl/20151111_125930_zpsjfxsjukk.jpg) and it is non chrome lined.
I have not seen a refurb mark on it though but the bayo and the carrier have been sand blasted (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/Anthony_Schatzl/20151111_130016_zpstzukqpau.jpg). It has the correct trigger group with the friction safety (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/Anthony_Schatzl/20151111_131510_zpsklhscjia.jpg) and no trigger bar (http://i95.photobucket.com/albums/l150/Anthony_Schatzl/20151111_131528_zpsg39jclrq.jpg) I think it was a pretty good buy for under $500
