Ya.
Shouldn't that be, "Да"? chuckles1
Don't be surprised if you have to "fit" the mag... it happens... if so, go slow and check often.
I have swapped likely a dozen factory mags.... Never had to adjust one.
Thanks fellers, that's what I needed to know. I got a nearly new Russian mag on the way as we speak, off the bay for $40,delievered, which I figured was about as good as it's going to get.
I have purchased Chinese mags that simply would not fit later model Chinese SKSs....I would think if you had that particular era of Chinese SKS...it could get a little dicey. With the SKS parts, you always are at a little risk.
The SKS....its 'almost' universal. :)

I have had to do two so far... a Chinese on a 1966 /26\, and the one on my paratrooper.
They both clicked into place perfectly after a bit of filing at the front.
Well, we'll know soon enough, the mag should be here by noon-thirty today. Fingers crossed !!
edit: the mag looks nearly brand new, and fits very nicely. There's no side-to-side play, in either the mag or the follower, I'm pretty confident this will fix my issues. I drove over to a dirt road I use for quick drive-by, test-fires now and then, but the sky fell out just before I got there, and Iturned around and beat-feet back home (shoulda checked the daggone doppler !! >:( )
