Found one of my Grail Guns
« on: April 19, 2025, 03:12:20 AM »
Been trying to find a Short Rail at a decent price for years now, paid a bit more than I wanted, but I feel glad having it now. I will admit, there's a very specific reason I wanted it, I bet you'd never be able to guess what it is  :))

I love CZ 75s. Sharp looking gun and those short rails can get rather spendy. Congrats  thumb1

That early 75 is beautiful and it really highlights the fact that the 75 took a lot from the Browning hi-power with that front slide profile that has not been seen on a 75 since I think. I have never seen that early of a model physically in front of me. I love Hi-powers, that's an awesome gun to own.

The best I can think is the repro CZ Custom model that remade the short rail. This is an original short rail though, made in 1978. Barrel is a bit marked, it's definitely been well used looking at the finish on the grip being worn. It also seems to have some aftermarket sights as well.
