A couple of my AK's
« on: May 09, 2015, 07:54:50 PM »
My AIMS 74, the reciever needs paint. I have been saying I was going to paint it for over a year.

One of my Khyber pass rifles.

I will post a few more later.

Very cool!  AK-74 are hard to find these days if you don't want an Arsenal, VEPR, or a used one from GB.  I can only find one or two others for sale under $700.

If I were going to buy a complete 74 it would be a factory built gun. They hold their value better that kit built with US made barrels and recievers.

Nice! I want one…  I always look at the ak's but never make the leap…

John Galt
When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "Stick to the Devil you know."
Rudyard Kipling  1919

The WASR is a good rifle to start with. Check out Atlantic firearms.

I recommend a WASR for both novice and experienced. They are just as good as an expensive factory AK.

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

No, it is kit built. Non matching Arabic marked kit with romanian barrel and Nodak reciever. All my AK'S are kit built except the Draco.
