This is at a local shop. I really don’t know anything about it so I figured I’d post it here and see what you guys could tell me. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Nothing special about it? Copper wash, corrosive, etc? Value? It’s at a local auction and I just wanna make sure I don’t overpay. My current bid is $175. Thank you.

100% copper washed steel.  Almost certain to be corrosive.  Most Chinese ammo of this era is (mild) steel core (not armor piercing, but BATF doesn't differentiate) but factory 351 was known to make lead core rounds in the early 90's.  550 round tins should have the rounds on quality Chinese stripper clips, so that is a plus when considering your bid (~$55+ worth of stripper clips).  Because of the unknown storage conditions in its 50+ year lifespan, desirability of that tin could be a bit wonky depending on who you ask.  I would probably not go much beyond 36 cents a round ($198).  Any more than that and you'd have to seriously consider whether it's not worth it to get new manufacture BVA steel case from Kyrgyzstan or even this new brass case MFS brand from Hungary.  Go to 50 cents a round and you open up all sorts of possibilities including more commonly seen name brand bass cased stuff.
