Some of you might have seen me on other platforms, but I haven't really introduced myself here.
I've owned 5 SKSes in total but I currently kept 3. An unissued 1979 Factory 296 tickler, a 1952 Tula refurbed by Molot in the 2010s as OP-SKS, and a 1970 Factory 0138 stamped receiver.
Unfortunately due to Canadian regulations, converting to AR magazine is the only legal way to have 10 rounds in a SKS. But hey it vaguely resembles a M14/Mini 30 so there's that - those are banned, too.
One of my interest is the so-called "Forgotten Weapons" of China, as I am fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Most of these obscure firearms are rarely if ever documented in the English world and I'm interested in presenting them.
