5.56 VS 7.62

Took the Ruger rifles out this morning and decided to post a few pics after cleaning .

The mini 14 was built in 1984 with the Government Barrel
The mini 30 is a recent addition in 7.62x39

Everyone has their own personal preference - I prefer the larger 7.62

Yup, and I kinda lean to the one on the left. Never was fond of "biggins". OH YEAH, nice firearms as well.

I prefer 7.62x51 as in AR10. But, all of them are lethal.
