Sub-Sonic 7.62x39

Saw some Brown Bear online that is 196gr Sub-Sonic 7.62x39. Has anyone here used it before? Heaviest I've seen before this was 154gr Silver Bear or WOLF SP ammo, but it was sonic as opposed to sub-sonic.
