Star Ultrastar 9mm

A guy is wanting to trade me his Ultrastar 9mm and cash for my Entry level AR. He is thinking his pistol is worth $300 and the most I can find any having sold for have been a few years ago for $250 at the most.
This is local FTF. Can anyone give me any input on value and quality of said Handgun? I do know it is single stack 9+1. He also said it was LNIB. TIA

My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.

Meh, never mind. I went a different route on the trade. He came with 3 pistols and I didn't like the look of the Star anyway.
