Confirm arsenal stamp?

looks like 36 , never heard of it , or rounded corners of the triangle , but i am far from a expert

Arsenal /316\, bottom left on chart below.

My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.

I was leaning towards 36. The rounded corners - ditto. Can't find previous example with no mid line like the 316.

/316\ is the only rounded corner arsenal stamp and, to date, there is no arsenal 36. Closest to this would be arsenal /136\ (upper right corner in the chart). Given that, I blew up the image and there is definitely a 1 line between the 3 and 6. It's faint, but you can see it at the top between the 3 and 6

Also, I think that is going to be a '72 1.7M by the SN. One of the "harder ones" in the dating sheet.
