Factory 636 SKS
« on: October 15, 2020, 10:34:04 PM »
A Factory 636 Norinco SKS came into the shop today along with a small collection. I personally have never seen a 636 factory before. I usually only ever see 26 factory mostly. All the numbers match and the serial number ended with 65. I’ll try to take some pictures tomorrow. There was a cut out in the stock for a spike bayonet but I didn’t see a bayonet lug and it was missing the bayonet altogether.  Is this a rarer variant or something similar? Thanks

AWB?

The 1994-2004 federal assault weapons ban. One of the evil “characteristics” was a bayonet capability.
