GB listings for January, 2016 - Romanian

An impressive 6 Romys to start out 2016!  $359.99 low, $470.27 avg., $795.00 high.  As-issued avg. $795.00.    I still consider the Romy to be the best value in SKSs today.  They are built like tanks, even if they trend a bit uglier then their brethren.

Please post up any feedback (good or bad) to any one these entries.

If you have an objection or observation to add to anything I've listed, by all means call it out.  Let's all look at it long and hard (I only look at each listing for a minute or two at most, I miss things all the time and as I continually try to remind people: we simply don't have all the answers, no matter how good we'd like to think we are) and maybe everyone can learn a thing or two!

536745727   Romanian SKS   6   $375.00    1960   Refurbished   Good   Only reason this one doesn't get hit with a bubba arsenal condition is because the 'original' EP'd receiver cover is included in the auction.  It's a real shame about that cover too as the stock could be original to the gun.  Just don't see that very often at all.

537991748   Romanian SKS, all matching #s, $99 start NO RESERV   24   $795.00    1958   As-Issued   Very Good   I'm calling this one as-issued even though there are some serious doubt in my mind on it.  We had a good discussion on it in the auctions section here: http://sks-files.com/index.php?topic=2116.0  I can't say that it's worth 8 Benjamins plus shipping and transfer fees, but I will say this: it is an *excellent* looking firearm.
538749135   Romanian SKS 1960 7.62 x 39   1   $359.99    1960   Bubba   Fair   Bubba drilled and tapped this one which is unfortunate.  The stock is a Yugo M59 stock with some interesting trench art.  An interesting piece at not a horrible price I guess.
