BSA Deerhunter 2.5x20mm compact scope

Does anybody have experience on these? They have a similar look to the Red Star scopes that are on some Commercial variants. I have a parts gun with a Red Star receiver cover scope mount I'm looking at putting it on and thought it might make it look a little more "authentic". It will definitely still allow me to use stripper clips which is desired.

My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.
