1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

I am in the process of getting another dozen or so that I currently do not have from a contact in China dance2  Really neat ones too, but it'll be a month at least before I see them arrive so my update pics will be put back a little more.

Sorry for the delay, they are worth the wait...

Here is a teaser pic:

I have found so many Chinese oilers my head is spinning. Pictured is 77 different examples, and I'm still waiting on another 25 from China. My most recent purchase of 7 took place this morning, so it'll be another month before they arrive...  Once they show up I'll get some good detailed pics of each to share thumb1

102 is a lot  :o But then you consider that's only 1 different type of oil bottle for every 10,000,000 Chinese (ca. 1980)  :))

Well that makes my little collection (<10) of soviet ones look silly.
I hope when the others arrive there will be explanations of the differences for the rest of us.

I hope when the others arrive there will be explanations of the differences for the rest of us.

A majority of the differences will be obvious (caps, colors, and markings), but a few are only slightly different so I will do my best to point those out. My Chinese source has been nice enough to translate most of them for me so I will be happy to describe some of the characters on them too if someone is curious.

Got a few more in over the weekend but still a couple weeks out on the rest whistle12

I still plan on photographing all of these, but there are so damn many it will be quite an undertaking. Plus I'd like to find one or two more from my list before I start. Hopefully soon, but as of now TBD.

Think I'm up to 130 or 140, lost count...
