Cool

I built this one up, one part at a time.
If the shockwave was available at the time I would of gone that route.

I may be all wet here, but, aren't shotgun barrels supposed to be at least 18"???

Why do shotguns have to have at least an 18" barrel?

Not in Canada.
Shotgun barrel length law is the only gun law where Canada is better than the US gun law.

Edit, correct me if I'm wrong, but you can have an SBS in the Land of the Free, if you register the SBS?

Correct, with a 200.00 "tax stamp". OR, build a AR15 pistol with a 11.5" barrel and the "arm brace" for your stock. No stamp required for the pistol.Marcus

14" barreled shotguns are legal in the USA without being NFA if it is 26" o.a.l. and originally manufactured as a pistol/firearm and not as a conventional shotgun.Guys have been doing this for years to Moss 500/590 without any issues and then Mossberg marketed the exact same thing and called it the Shockwave.

Wish we could have something like that in our free republic of the USA.

You can, nothing stopping you if you live in a unrestricted state. It's only money, but an SBS will give you very limited firepower as compared to something like a KSG or a Win 1300 that accepts 12 rnds in the mag tube of Aguila 12ga mini shells.

I think you are missing my point but fair enough. If I want to pay the federal government  a shake down payment you can own a sbs. I just think it’s ridiculous.

Yes,I'm sorry.I just have a different outlook on the practicality for defense.

To each his own.
Tax stamps are, in my opinion, merely paying for permission to own something that shouldn't be anyone else's business.

I just popped an old gen Nighthawk SPECOPS stock (not the NR) on my 870. $31 all in. Those things usta sell for $130!!! I'll attach the foregrip as soon as the tube tool shows up. Don't want to risk screwing it up trying to unscrew it with my needle nose pliers.
