Pretty neat!
Are the MD laws that restrict things based on the name and type of the gun, or evil features or something? What is it that makes this one legal?
I've heard it at gun shows, Maryland is very strange about their laws, like
Illegal to purchase, sell or manufacture magazines with a capacity of greater than 10 rounds within Maryland. However, possession of magazines greater than 10 rounds is legal if purchased out of state. But if you sell said rifle, those magazines you bought become illegal for the buyer, basically, he has to go get his own.
So, why bother with the law, the Chantiliy Va. or Winchester Va. gun shows, seems about 60% of the auto license plates in the parking lot, are Maryland. They will buy up magazines like some "northern" state buy up all the cigarettes as they are passing through.
