Browning Auto 5

From what I've found out according to the serial number it was made in '61. It's set up for 2 and 3/4 inch shells. The seller even included the original owners manual with it, but apparently lost the plug to limit it to 3 rounds for hunting. The bore is spotless and the action feels very tight. The finish has a few nicks and is kind of damaged in a few small places on the right side of the butt stock.
I'm not much on shotguns, but the operation and design of this one just intrigued the heck out of me. That, and the tiger stripes, I like striped wood

I love the A5. Traded my 1st one (20ga) for a 12. It walked away in a B&E. Bought another one. It walked away in another B&E. I have my 4th one now. It's a 3" mag. Go shoot the piss out of it. You will fall in love.

Fine looking gun Greasemonkey, the early 60's is about when my Grandpa Smith got his. He hunted for many years with it without a hiccup.
