Gashog:
My Grandmother gave me this shotgun back in the early 1990's. She said it had been in the family as far back as she could remember. I see no date anywhere on it. A fine piece of family history.

Larry D.:
Nice!
I love old doubles.

carls sks:
neat to have something that has been in family all these years, its definitely a family heirloom.

firstchoice:
Cool old double, for sure, Gashog! I've got my grandpa's old Stevens 16ga double that I remember as a kid watching him clean and oil it almost every day. He had bought it when he returned home from WW1 in 1919. I've heard stories about how he had a lot of trouble coming back to life here after that war. He was in the 155mm Howitzer artillery business in France. And business was good in WW1 France. So many stories. Cherish your family heirlooms and history.
