The Albanian Nun

  A buddy and I were in negotiations as I was lucky enough to have first shot at a couple SkS's from his collection. Below, are pictures of what ive named this pure example of a 1970 Albanian SkS "The Nun" Came with all the goods in the picture.  Its my first Albanian but only the first of two examples from the sale. After the deal, I had the privilege of buying my buddy the best breakfast in town where the SkS conversation continued. It was basically SkS school for me and well worth the price of his breakfast ha ha ha. Negotiations went well with a little wiggle room. Bottom line, we were both happy and that's all that really matters.  Thanks for looking, Hope you enjoy the pictures.. Oh p.s. If anyone sees that Grease Monkey walking around here please pm me. I was a little nervous letting the Nun pose here for pictures rofl2  chuckles1

I lucked out. 1970 is a year where many were produced but Albies are finally getting the Long lost Love they deserve.

I love the nun KK, always loved the nun!  Been pining to see that one again for a long time actually.

Thanks RM Thanks Phos.  Yea she's been on other boards but I saved the best for last.  AH your GM bowling ball smack was helarious. I know were a little rough on that boy sometimes but without him here we couldn't call him our kin  thumb1 God Bless laughing like a Monkey !!

Ha ha Better hang on to those two you got. Thats my only one and I cant afford another one now days . Va falls just out of the shipping zone from Ca or id show you some more free love. Now, Don't you have pictures to be posting ? That Romy section could use a little  Grease :)

DC, that is the best specimen of the Albanian SKS that I've seen, to date. I don't know how it got across the pond that well preserved? Luck, I suppose. GOOD luck!

Always great to get a peek at the "Nun". Thanks for sharing!
