Would you pay $300-$350 for this rifle?

H&R handi Rifle SB2 in .223Rem. Shortened barrel to 16.5" and shortened LOP to 13", nice laminate stock though. Would make a great brush gun and I could pass it down to my grandson when he gets old enough.  :)

What do y'all think?

My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.

In all honesty, no I would not pay that much for it.  A few months ago I bought a Ruger mini 14 in .223 for $400.

Meh, just my opinion, but not with that shortened barrel I wouldn't. I get the brush gun idea, so I suppose an inexpensive red dot would finish it off.

Or something like a cheaper 1-4 x24 scope. I just saw it and thought about the grandkid, LOL.

But the price does seem a little steep. $250 would be a better deal.

Yup, that'd work too. Honestly, I wouldn't be able to pass it up for $250  rofl

I may contact the guy to see if he'd lower the starting bid price.
