Take some really good pictures of some of the rifles then offer up the crate for $10k.
The worst thing that could happen is nothing.  No loss there.
If they don't sell then trickle them out one at a time. Take each one down for pics of matching serials and so forth.  Use the empty crate for a rabbit hutch.
A buyer might just take you up on the case and save you a lot of trouble. You won't know unless you try.
They're going nuts out there.

Jimminy cripes! Bummer that the GL's will prohibit sales in CA, other states - unless some outfit purchases and gets busy with a hacksaw (gawd forbid!).

I see a crate for 8K on Gunbroker, that's probably closer to the current going rate... Will be interested to see if they will be takers.

More than likely the same guy I saw, but he finally lowered his starting price.

My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.
