Anything special about these? Are they common? Fairly common? Thoughts on one if priced $350-$375 (sorry I don't have photos) going to look at local. If worth looking at.

I would say oval anything falls into the uncommon, unusual and well worth such an average price...depending on how hard you have to unbubba if at all.

Perhaps the most common oval arsenal, but the oval arsenals aren't seen a lot, so its still uncommon  ??? ;) :))

OK, thanks. I missed out on this one. Allegedly in great shape. The guy wouldn't meet me a half hour later because I was at work. So no biggie. I'm sure I'll see another in the future.

Hello,haven't  been on the files in a while.  I saw your post about the Oval factory. I have a scrubbed factory Oval 974. SN is the 1st million. The Chinese turned it into a scoped weapon. The scope mount is similar to the Russian  PU. The mount is tapped into the reciever perfectly.. The main windage screw is tapped into the reciever.
  I f you know of any info related to this factory that you can share, please contact me.
