Why the question marks?
« on: February 03, 2019, 07:00:51 PM »
These arsenals with the question marks. Are they question marks because we don't know exactly what order the numbers are to be read?

I.E.... 1?- 6602 ..... just wondering why the question marks behind the numbers with these Arsenals.

Yes.  Anyone who tells you they know what numerals those arsenal read is BS'ing you.

Take this for example:

That's /625\ right...*everybody* knows it's /625\!

Nope.   /256\ according to the Chinese themselves.

Yes, you are. Presumably the positioning of the extra numeral within the upper 6 or within the center space tells the informed (Chinese defense ministry) person the order in which it is read. None of the US collecting community has a position like that on their resume afaik  rofl

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

This is why ?2 slot is now empty.  The proper sequence of the numbers is now known and allocated as such.
