Ok here is a couple pics of a regular M59. I hope this helps. Oh And mybayo is beautiful, That flash did me no justice  cry1.. I have to admit that I dont think these LB M59s get much better if any then OL # 40..

Soo...   1.5" longer.   Why we have them listed at 1.75" in ghe serial board?

A different measuring stick yielded the same 2 measurements. I'm sure it doesn't mean much, both crowns look the same as well, so it wasn't exactly a recent thing I would guess.

22.25 - 20.5 = 1.75

Okay, I used a tape measure for the first one...didn't trust it to 3 significant figures, hence my follow on post 3 days ago   thumb1  :)
