Found this little gem yesterday by accident. It spoke to me saying it was a good deal. 4 benjamins and it left we me. Was that a fair price?
All numbers matching. Has a 4 inside triangle on the stock. A 3 on bottom of stock near the butt plate and even more numbers in the wood where the action sits. Also has 3 stamped on bottom of trigger group near the take down button
I think you did great! This past month and a half, I've sold 12-15 firearms. I have 4 of this type /
26\ SKS with the "Tickler" Upper Hand Guard. I sold one of those by laying it on the table at a gun show and pricing it at $700.00. The rifle went quick with no haggling needed, at the full 700.
I'd sold 3 YUGO M59/66 SKS, still new, in grease. All went for $700-$800, depending on the exact rifle. These went fast. One was a Cherry's import.
So, you picking that up for $400.00 is a steal, or at the very least, a great investment for a future flip of hopefully 100% return. And they're excellent rifles to keep and shoot, too!
