I'd say an arsenal [0222] is a rare find in and of itself, so a cast receiver would multiply that rarity, unless they only made cast receivers

Have you ever seen one or do you know if there's any in the database? If so, how many? The reason I ask is I don't have access to the database because I don't have the rank,

After reading this post I realized that I might have a cast receiver from Arsenal 0221.  More info later.
