M59 Sniper?

Allans Armory has had what he calls a real M59 Yugo sniper model for sale now for a few months. Does anyone have any info on these guns? Are they legit?

These were converted in the field, not at Zastava.  Likely not a true sniper per se, but more of a spotter's aid is what I've heard.

I'd like to point you to Yugoslavian SKS Guide - Home and say we've got all the info up there, but we're *way* behind on the non-chinese guides.

Here's your best source for info at the moment I think:

He has had that one up for a loooooong while now.  Too high of a price for one that has been neutered etc.
