Not really...  that is a real nice one!

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Very nice M!  The brand new look is tough to beat in the commercial variants.

John Galt
When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "Stick to the Devil you know."

Very nice specimen of the "M"! I wish mine still looked that pristine. But it still goes bang when requested.

As a side note, OCD-type question...I see 2 witness holes on the back of the magazine, there may be a third? Is the Polytech magazine the only Chinese AK magazine with multiple (3) witness holes as compared to the (1)  that the rest have? I guess this would be a question for jliu123. Did you outfit your "M" with a Polytech magazine?

I've not had a chance to see the new Korean-made flatback AK magazines that came over a year or so ago. It may be one of those?

Gotta love the "M". Especially one that's been preserved so well. Thanks for sharing.

Three-hole I do believe is Polytech. Should have the chrome follower plate also. Very expensive mags.

OP, gonna add a description or a question for us? Or are you just laying out pics for the smack of it?

Whoah, I see what you mean! After I read your post, I ran through GB a little and came across this:

http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=481664395

This is a current auction, so if it's against the rules to do this, let me know and I'll remove it. I was just amazed at the price this Seller is asking. Repeat,...asking.

I had a Polytech post-ban AK-47 w/thumbhole stock.

Ended up selling the AK, but was dumb enough to include a Polytech 30rd mag with the chrome follower, in addition to the 5rd mag that came with the rifle. I still think an alien abducted me and made me do it against my will!   didnt do   Surely not voluntarily!   didnt do

I think the seller needs to stop popping the tops off of M43s and snorting the contents  :o  chuckles1

It's absolutely not against the rules to post a current auction.  In fact, once you get to the required post threshold (or become a contributing member), you'll find the members boards where there is specifically an auction section where that's all we do it talk about em! (and like with your example, ridicule their ridiculousness)  thumb1  All the rules here are laid out on the rules page.  No special secret unwritten rules to have to keep track of.   clap1

I had no idea a 30 round magazine could be so valuable to someone.  Crazy!
