How did I know this was going to get highjacked by the french nazi in a straight jacket?
Let me guess, yours is only 2.63m serial # off from the OPs gun and made just 15k miles down the road right? Right?
Bah!!!
Ok,
, all Mas 49/56s were produced at Manufacture d'armes de Saint-Étienne. The OP's rifle was refurbed and possibly even rebarreled in 1982, the "G" series rifle is estimated to be built in 1958 to 1960. One of mine is an H suffix, which is a series later, the other is a "G" series, which is 40950 lower than the OP's rifle.
Being the OP got the bayonet, sling and 5 magazines, and even the correctly marked grenade launching boot for 425 OTD, this man got a slamming package deal
Considering a bayonet will run between 50-75+ bucks, a magazine runs 35ish depending on condition.
I chewed outta the straight jacket earlier, just wearing my helmet now,
Mwhahahahaha,
